Our third budget deck! And this time its Frognarchs with the use of Sea Lancer. The deck is pretty cheap as it doesn't rely on the Extra Deck, or Trap Cards which are more costly right now. The Main Deck has most of its cards reprinted where most are common making the deck maximum 4 dollars a card while most others are 1 dollar or even less.
The main engine of the deck is the Frog engine which consists of 3 Dupe Frog who has a lot of Defence, can search any of your Frog Monsters. 3 Swap Frog lets us mill any of our Frogs/Toads including Treeborn Frog which gains its advantage from the Graveyard by being able to summon itself for Tribute Summons, Poison Draw Frog who will then want to be banished and also Ronintoadin which gives you loads of free instant Rank 2's and also set ups our banish zone for this guy.

This guy lets us equip our banished Frogs to it, which means now once they get unequipped they will go to grave you will have even more targets for Ronintoadin, but mainly this guy will be undestructable for a maximum of 5 times, which means your opponent will have to find a different way to remove it or they may have to waste a lot of resources. If Poison Draw Frog gets unequipped for this you get to draw a card!
Our other standard tributes include Caius the Shadow and Raiza the Storm Monarch which are standard in here as Caius is easy removal while Raiza is aswell but can dead draw them cards as well for next turn.
Dark Dust Spirit can clear fields and also be used every turn to clear their field meaning they will have to think about their plays if they can't stop your Dark Dust Spirit every turn. Vanity's Fiend is good against the meta and this is also suggested to be sided so you have 3 overall in main and side.
Light and Darkness Dragon is our big tribute who isn't even hard to summon due to Treeborn Frog + Battle Fader/Ronintoadin. With LaDD your opponent will have to use up their resources which will give you better hand advantage while also LaDD can be a strong beat on its own.
Because of no Trap Cards our opponent would easily be able to OTK us so because of this I use 3 Battle Fader who will also be an easy Tribute material monster next turn, and also Gorz, the Emissary of Darkness who is a free beater. Tidal, Dragon Ruler of Waterfalls can mill us any WATER we want and is also an easy beater to get out onto the field for an OTK.
The Spell line-up is standard which includes 3 Mystical Space Typhoon, 1 Dark Hole and 1 Book of Moon. The deck also uses 3 Enemy Controller which lets us steal their monsters during your Standby Phase and still be able to return Treeborn Frog to field, and its other effect can sometimes be useful as well where you put their monster to defence. Creature Swap is also cool since these changes last forever, so then you can run over your Frog monsters which you summoned in Attack Mode. And finally a tech of Soul Exchange which lets you use your opponents monsters for your Tributes.
And then we run 1 trap which is... Treacherous Trap Hole since its effect is for you to have no Trap cards in graveyard so you will always fulfill the requirement.
For the Extra Deck your main requirement is some Rank 2's such as Gachi Gachi, and then anything else you make in the deck. Rank 6's would also be quite nice.
