Here is my second budget deck! This time I have chosen to make Hunders or as most people call now "Thunder Family". I have chosen to do this deck as a budget deck as the decks main deck monsters are all pretty cheap but the deck does rely on the extra deck which cost a bit more but you can replace replace certain cards with others and if you already have generic rank 4 Xyz and Level 8 Synchros, it will be even more cheaper.

The decks focus is to summon out easy rank 4's and level 8 Synchros without losing advantage. This is done by "Thunder Sea Horse" and "Recycling Batteries" when "Thunder Sea Horse" lets you add your thunder monsters from your deck, including 2 of itself buts its effect in only once per turn, but you will be set up for your next 2 turns, or else you can just add 2 of your other Thunder-type monsters which such as "Pahunder" and "Mahunder" for a rank 4 play which then also sets up your graveyard for "Recycling Batteries". "Recycling Batteries" lets you add back 2 Thunder monsters from your graveyard including "Thunder Sea Horse" and "Mahunder" or "Pahunder" which will again, give you a rank 4.

So the decks goal is to use the effects of  "Mahunder" and "Pahunder" which both have the same effects of being able to summon another Thunder-type monsters from your hand! "Sihunder" is also another good target for these summons as during your End Phase you will get to return your used Thunder-type monsters which means you will be able to recycle your used Thunder-type monsters and be able to re-use them next turn. "Vylon Prisma" is the decks tuner who can be searched and returned back to your hand from your graveyard while also it gives your Synchro Summons +1000 ATK!

AND

Since most of the deck is LIGHT, "Honest" was the obvious choice but a lot of the time you tend to go for an Xyz Summon or Synchro Summon with your monsters, meaning if you do this can be dead in hand unless you Special Summon a LIGHT monster. "Traptrix Myrmeleo" was chosen as its generically a good cards with good ATK and can grab you a trap cards such as "Bottomless Trap Hole". "Tragoedia" was also chosen as the deck can easily keep good hand advantage and its an easy way to stop OTKs while having a nice beater on board next turn.

Pot of Duality can give the deck a bit of consistency and lets you get your important cards out faster. This card can also be replaced with Upstart Goblin or even Cardcar D as long as you remove some more monsters.
The rest of the spell line up is pretty generic which consists of 3 "Mystical Space Typhoon", 1 "Dark Hole" and 1 "Book of Moon". Other spells such as "Forbidden Lance" can be included but I have chosen not to due to it costing a bit. "Forbidden Chalice" could also be a good replacement for "Effect Veiler" in the deck.

The traps are pretty generic including "Trap Hole" which is can be searched by "Traptrix Myrmeleo", and the traps can be changed around based around on your preference and which cards you own.
Same with the Extra Deck. Most of it was chosen based on price and if you have other better extra decks which cost more and weren't included then just add them by your liking!

This deck may cost a bit more than most budget decks because of the extra deck, but overall its pretty fun and consistent to play, it can also top tournaments but you may have to invest a bit more money into the deck!
